The community is being asked to bring your donations of school supplies to The Wing Café and Daiquiris this Friday, August 14, 2009. The much needed supplies will be distributed to students in the Spring and Klein school districts.  Last year we helped over 130 families, let’s outdo ourselves this year.  Please contact Karen Jones with the Care Ministry at Champion Life Centre, at 281-435-3365 to arrange for drop off or pick up of items, if needed.

You may also donate Monetarily to the Barbara Jordan Endeavors Corp. This will benefit their scholarship fund for teens with disabilities.  Ms. Thelma Scott, founder, will be on hand at the event to answer your questions and accept your gifts.
