French students win trips to France!

At the recent Texas French Symposium competition held at Eisenhower High School, Klein Oak High School French students took the overall trophy as the second place school in the state of Texas.  Many students won individual awards and four students placed in the top ten of approximately 900 students in attendance. Tying for first place overall were Valeria Villacreses, IB French IV student, and Jesus Gutierrez, a French II student.  Emily Edmondson, also a French II student, placed third.  José Villacreses, French I student placed fourth.  Jesus Gutierrez and Emily Edmondson won a trip to France and will spend three weeks in France with a French family, all expenses paid.  Félicitions, Klein Oak
